Tundra

Tundra is the definition of a grumpy cor — cold, blunt, and absolutely done with everyone’s nonsense before the day even starts. His resting glare alone is enough to scare off most customers, and honestly, he prefers it that way. He doesn’t do small talk, he doesn’t do fake smiles, and he definitely doesn’t do “customer service voice.” What you get is what you get: dry remarks, unimpressed looks, and zero patience for stupidity.

He owns and manages the Petshop at Callasta, which is ironic, considering he notoriously dislikes most cors but has endless tolerance for creatures. Animals behave. Animals don’t talk back. Animals don’t ask him pointless questions while he’s in the middle of feeding time. In his eyes, that makes them far superior company.

Tundra is meticulous with his work, fiercely protective of the pets under his care, and will absolutely chew out anyone who mistreats one — verbally or physically. He might seem icy, but his compassion shows itself in the way he handles the smallest, most fragile critters with unmatched gentleness.

He won’t openly admit it, but he has a soft spot for regulars who respect his space. Just… don’t try to hug him. Don’t comment on his attitude. And please, for your own safety, don’t ask him to “smile more.”

Grumpy? Yes. Reliable? Absolutely. And the pets adore him — which, to him, is all that really matters.
