You decided it would be a good activity to check out the province beaches, a quick walk on the beach would probably do some good after all. Merchants were not totally uncommon in this area, many cors made their living by selling all sorts of things in this place, seashell collars, decorations, and some spells that could only be crafted during Solios.

However, you are surprised when a cor passes by with a quite... Unique cosmetic spell, it was easy to tell they had just gotten it with how much they showed it out to others, thing is, it was... An out-of-season spell? Seasonal spells can only be produced during certain seasons due to the needed ingredients, sure it could've been saved up but, those are very hard to come across.

You decide to investigate and follow the tracks left by the cor. Soon, you arrive on one of the many docks, most boats seem... Abandoned, but there was one you could hear music coming from further into the docks, the boat had quite a lot of trinkets hanging from it, and you spot a quite handsome cor wearing- wearing a hecking pirate costume...?

It does not take long for him to spot you, and quickly his grin widens as he hops out of his boat and heads your way.

"Eya there mate! Aha I see you have found the secret location of my Wayfaring Shop!"

"My name is captain Caspian, but you can call me just Caspian, I imagine you must've heard about the wanders I store in my boat, I have all sorts of deals going on, Solios, Chionix spells- if ya don't mind payin' some extra of course."

Before you can ask how in Postinen he got his hands on those, he shoves you into his boat.

You’d just found what looked like quite a healthy little seedling, it was still fairly small, so you could probably yank it out of the ground without any problems.

You start pulling with all your might, but the roots are stubborn.

“Y’know stranger, you’ll split the stem right in half if you keep tuggin’ mah saplin’ like a newborn bloflonr’ with no tusks.”

A voice called out, startling you into letting go, leading you to fall square on your rump in the dirt.

A simply gargantuan cor with a mane like a roaring fire steps out of the shade, and he chuckles with a smile.

“M’ afraid you wandered plain into the homestead of yers truly. Colt Vónaso, at yer service.”

He kicks a foreleg out to fold it over the other front paw as he leans against a taller tree.

“Oh, don’t ya give me that sorry sour apple face, mistakes happen. Tell ya what, since you waltzed all the way out inta mah neck o’ the sticks, why don’ I make it worth yer while?”

He shakes out the fur on his neck, fresh dirt falling off him like he’d just been rolling in dust.

“Lemme teach ya how to really get yer hands dirty with an honest day’s work on mah farm . If ya impress me, I’ll even give ya a sampling’ of supplies for ya to take home for yer own bit o’ cultivating. Whaddya say, partner?” (Go to the Prompt)

You nearly fall back with the force, before you can shout or complain, the cor that run into you was quick to jump in and help, she seemed faily young, wearing a pink uniform and a microphone attached to her ear, and of course, quite large, square shaped glasses.

“Oh I’m so sorry! I’m just in a rush! The boss is breathing down my neck to track down a palette cleanser or gossip piece for tonight’s broadcast!”

The cor speaks frantically, she takes a short pause to breath.

“And all I’ve tracked down are dead ends, a-and you I suppose. I have to make this deadline!”

Before you have a chance to respond, she then perks up

“W-Wait a minute! Sammy Ampere with the Postinen Post News! You look like you get around town a bit! Could you help me find a scoop to report on? It’d be a big help to me!”

With how desperate she looked, it seemed like a no would be too cruel to give her, so, you tag along. (Go to the Prompt)

Of course, if it wasn't for the many, many gacha machines you heard were placed on the shop, at least a hall worth of gacha machines with all sorts of trinkets inside them, they were cheap to play, and it was becoming quite the hit among the youngsters.

It all sounded a little too exaggerated but, only one way to find out, you decide on your next visit to Callasta, to visit the infamous Trinket Shop.

It does not that long to find the location, it seemed quite simple from the outside, many plants had been hanged alongside the banner of the shop, a lot of it's structure was made out of wood, and as you push the front door open, you can hear a bell ringing, the walls were green, with a clover pattern on them, it was all quite comfortable, and while you can see from the corner of your eye the gacha machines, what really stuck out were the many, MANY, trophies and medals around the entire shop with no price tags.

"Ah, I see a new costumer has found their way into my shop, please, come in and make yourself comfortable!"

Your hear a quite welcoming voice coming from the balcony, when you turn, you spot an elderly cor coming your way, with a light, creamy coat, and a cute green outfit, it seemed she really enjoyed the color green, she smiles.

"I am Fortuna Pendakosia, but you may call me just Fortuna, I am the owner of this shop, I thought it would be a good way to get through my retirement, have my mind on something, as they say, an empty mind is the perfect nest for nasty thoughts."

Fortuna chuckles, before she notices you looking at the trophies on the walls, you see her smile drop a bit as she turns to look at them as well.

"Ah my golden years, back when I was The Lucky Star... Those beauties are not for sale I am afraid, oh just looking at them makes my legs ache for another race!"

The name "the Lucky Star" does sound quite familiar to you, it does not take long to recall the famous runner from a few decades ago, why the name? Some would say she could run as fast as a shooting star, and where she arrived, she brough luck, before you can make a comment, Fortuna shakes her head and smiles as she turns back to you.

"But enough of me, I am sure you may have come because of the machines, I truly don't understand why or how so many cors like those but, oh well, come, I'll show you what we got, I am always trying to bring in new stuff." (Go to the Prompt)

Everything seems to be going smoothly as you trot over the many buildings across Callasta.... Well until there was a rather loud sound of something seemingly exploding nearby and soon smoke raising into the sky.

You quickly look around only spot cors rushing out into the streets, wearing matching white coats and glasses. You follow the direction they came from only to spot the main Laboratory in Postinen, the workers were coughing quite a bit as smoke began to pour out of the front door.

You spot a rather... Upset cor rushing out of the building.

"For Zoïtas sake- I told you all to NOT mix quafin and vini, do you know how expensive those were?? Sarah made me pay a fortune for it! The court would never allow us to have those, it was the only thing you guys didn't have to touch-"

The cor with cropped ears and large fangs groans and rolls their eyes, she seemed ready to continue on berating the worker until she spots you. His ears perk up and he quickly make his way over to you before you can even take a step away. "Nobody got hurt though! So its fiiiine!" She says as she comes closer.

"Heyyyyy there, seems like we got a visitor! Perhaps a poor soul that wishes to learn more about the genetic mysteries behind our kind!"

He begins to gently but persistently push you toward the building that is now no longer smoking. "Luckily for you today we are hosting a, huh, free visitation to the shop! Amazing right? Alright, let's continue and don't worry about the mess, yeah?"
